Terra Verde is a small, independent Pre-K through 8th grade school in Norman, Oklahoma. It runs on tuition and community support, with no government funding. Every fall the parent-teacher organization (PTO) holds a Jogathon: students run laps, and families and local businesses sponsor the event. The money goes straight back into the campus and classrooms.

Last year, dozens of local businesses and families put their names on the Jogathon shirts. If you run a business like one of these, or know someone who does, a sponsorship is a friendly way to say hello to a few hundred neighbors. Individuals and families can sponsor under their own name too.

Terra Verde Discovery School (TVDS) is a progressive, independent school for Pre-K through 8th grade in Norman, Oklahoma. Classes are small and learning is hands-on, which is why the campus has chickens and goats to look after. The school's mission is to preserve the joys of childhood while building creativity and critical thinking.
